Lipstick Reviews!! VS, Revlon, Too Faced

Hey all!!

So I have 3 lipsticks that I have been using and they aren't really similar in color so I am not comparing them just reviewing each of them.

Here are the lipsticks:
(From left to right: Victoria Secret Pout: Pink Champagne, Revlon: Soft Nude 070, and Too Faced: Totally Nude)
These are the swatches (VS, Too Faced, Revlon). Sorry that it's a bit far away, my camera gets blurry up close.

Let's start with the VS lipstick
Pros: very cute pink that brightens up face, creamy and smooth.

Cons: There is a little mini lip balm on the top but it does nothing for my lips, it's supposed to "condition" them before use but it makes the wrinkles on the lips more noticeable. I find using a regular chapstick before application does just as well. It also is a bit sheer so I would wear it with a pink lip gloss.

Now onto the Too Faced Totally Nude
Pros: super cute packaging, nude does not wash out lips, creamy application

Cons: It smells really weird, it has that bad makeup smell ( I don't know how else to describe). If it didn't smell weird I would love it so much more.

Lastly the Revlon Soft Nude
Pros: A really nice nude color, cute packaging, creamy application.

Cons: I really don't like how the nude washes out your lips but it might just be on me, it looks good on some and not on others. I would use a pink lip gloss as well over the nude so it's not completely washed out.

So those are my pros and cons about these lipsticks. I really do like them all but they all have their issues; if you set them with a nice lip gloss they are pretty much perfect. So hopefully this helps you in your decision to buy a lipstick if you were on the fence on one of these.
Thank you so much for reading and hope this helped!

Sparkling Pink Nails

Hey all!

I did my nails the other day and here is the finished product:

This is with flash:

This is without flash:
If you want this look I used:
(From Left to Right) Sally Hansen Miracle Cure, Milani: Tip Toe Pink, Sally Hansen Base + Top Coat Maximum Growth Plus, and Sally hansen Hard as Nails: Strobe Light

So I bought all of these a while ago but I just decided to put them together I bought them all from either CVS or Walgreens for fairly cheap. There are always lots of sales on nail polishes there so just keep checking every now and then.

How to get the look:

I used the miracle cure as a base because I have very weak nails so I just used it to help strengthen and cure my nails. So you can just use a regular base coat if you like.

Then apply a couple coats of the Milani in Tip Toe Pink on top of the base coat and let it dry.

Apply the Strobe Light on top of the pink. When you do this make sure to do one full coat then start layering towards the tip of your nail. So you have more glitter at the tips. Let dry.

Now finish off with a top coat to keep the nails from chipping or wearing off.

Thanks for reading and hope you have fun with this cute nail look!
